Job description
Bayer is seeking a Senior Area General Manager for Oncology & Hematology to lead the Pacific Northwest region, including Washington and Oregon. The role oversees a cross-functional, customer-facing team, manages a P&L, and drives region-wide revenue and market growth in multiple tumor types.
The Sr. AGM will work closely with HQ and stakeholders to deliver strategic priorities, while traveling up to 50% and supporting field deployment across Seattle and surrounding markets.
