Across Minnesota and Wisconsin, National Bank of Commerce is making a difference in the financial lives of the people, communities, and businesses we serve. At NBC, our Senior Bankers take the lead in managing a high‑value loan portfolio while driving growth, deepening client relationships, and safeguarding credit quality. This role blends strategic portfolio oversight with hands‑on credit administration. This role works closely with business clients to structure credit, assess financial strength, and deliver tailored lending solutions — all while ensuring every decision aligns with bank policy, regulatory expectations, and sound risk management principles. Beyond credit expertise, this position calls for a proactive business developer and trusted advisor. You’ll expand the bank’s presence by cultivating new relationships, strengthening existing ones, and identifying opportunities to cross‑sell products that support clients’ broader financial needs. As a senior member of the team, you’ll also contribute to committee work, operational planning, and community engagement, helping to shape both the bank’s performance and its reputation. This is a role for someone who thrives on responsibility, values precision, and enjoys building meaningful partnerships across the business community.
