Job description
ServiceNow is seeking a senior technical leader in California to own the hardest agentic escalations and shape architectural decisions across Now Assist, AI Agents, and governance. You will work with customers and field teams, maintaining a calm, credible voice while driving reliable, scalable AI deployments.
You will set technical standards, mentor engineers, and partner with Product and Engineering to harden agentic capabilities before production go-lives.
