Citi Services seeks an AI Adoption & Commercialization Senior Lead to own the vision, strategy, and measurable outcomes of AI solutions across clusters and countries. You will drive adoption and impact from AI use cases serving clients, service agents, and operations within Citi’s platforms and data services.
Lead training, KPI management, and cross-functional execution with product, engineering, and regulatory teams to ensure compliant, scalable AI value creation.
