Job description
We are seeking an experienced AI Agent & MCP Developer to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade Agentic AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), multi-agent architectures, and Model Context Protocol (MCP). The ideal candidate will have strong Python development skills and hands-on experience building intelligent AI agents, integrating enterprise applications, orchestrating workflows, and implementing secure, scalable AI solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy AI agents using LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, OpenAI Agents SDK, and other agent frameworks.
Implement MCP servers and clients to enable secure integration between AI agents, enterprise tools, APIs, and data sources.
Build multi-agent systems supporting planning, reasoning, task execution, memory management, and agent-to-agent (A2A) communication.
Develop LLM-powered applications, conversational assistants, enterprise copilots, and AI-driven workflow automation solutions.
Integrate AI agents with enterprise applications, Microsoft 365 services, databases, and third-party APIs.
Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), contextual reasoning, tool calling, and knowledge retrieval capabilities.
Develop and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Python and related technologies.
Implement AI security, access controls, governance, responsible AI practices, and data protection mechanisms.
Perform testing, debugging, performance optimization, deployment, and monitoring of AI applications.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams to deliver production-ready AI solutions.
Required Skills
Minimum 7 years of relevant software development or AI engineering experience.
Expert-level Python programming and experience developing production-grade applications.
Strong hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, OpenAI Agents SDK, Semantic Kernel, LlamaIndex, or Haystack.
Practical experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP), including MCP servers, clients, tools, and integrations.
Strong understanding of LLMs, agentic workflows, multi-agent architectures, tool calling, memory, and reasoning patterns.
Experience with REST APIs, enterprise application integration, and A2A communication frameworks.
Knowledge of AI governance, responsible AI, security, and enterprise data protection.
Proficiency with Git/GitHub and software development best practices.
Familiarity with Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and enterprise AI copilots.
Experience implementing RAG pipelines and vector databases.
Knowledge of AI evaluation, observability, and production deployment.
Experience integrating AI agents with enterprise systems and business workflows.
