Job description
Pfizer is seeking an experienced Director, Build Engineer to own hands-on software engineering delivery for the Medical Affairs AI Acceleration portfolio. You will transform architecture and product requirements into production-grade AI systems, writing full-stack code and verifying AI-generated code with rigorous reviews.
This is a technically-focused, individual-contributor role reporting to the Senior Director, Engineering.
