Job description
Pfizer is seeking a hands-on Director, Build Engineer to own the delivery of AI-accelerated medical affairs software. You will write full-stack code, verify AI-generated components, and ship scalable systems in a hybrid work setting.
You will collaborate with Solution Architecture, Data Integration, Product Management, and UX to translate requirements into production-grade solutions, guiding prototypes from MVP to production and maintaining high standards across the stack.
