Job description

Nscale is seeking a senior commercial lawyer to join its US Commercial Legal team. You will lead the drafting and negotiation of customer agreements for AI cloud and GPU infrastructure services, coordinating with Sales, AI Infrastructure, Product, Finance and Data Centre Operations to advance high-value deals.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years of cloud/SaaS experience, a US JD, and a track record in negotiating complex, enterprise-grade customer agreements for hyperscale or large-scale deployments.
