Job description
Handshake seeks a senior commercial lawyer to define and lead the commercial legal strategy for Handshake AI and Handshake AI Enterprise, focusing on frontier labs and enterprise customers. You will serve as lead lawyer, strategic advisor, and deal quarterback on high-value transactions.
You will partner with Sales, Partnerships, Product, and Operations across the deal lifecycle, shaping opportunities from term sheets to renewal and expansion.
