Job description
Alignerr seeks a seasoned software engineer to design and refine agentic coding workflows where AI autonomously plans, writes, and tests code. You will build robust architectures that scale with complex autonomous tasks and ensure safety considerations are integrated into development.
You will evaluate AI-generated output for correctness and security while developing benchmarks to stress-test autonomous system capabilities and drive continuous improvement across the platform.
