Job description
SwimOutlet is seeking a Senior Site Merchandiser to own the merchandising experience across SwimOutlet.com. You will manage navigation, category pages, sorting, filters, cross-sell strategies, and seasonal shops to deliver a cohesive, customer-centric shopping experience.
You will lead AI-forward merchandising initiatives, partnering with Buying, Planning, Product, Marketing, and Tech to translate data into actions that improve discovery, conversion, and overall site performance.
