Job description
GEICO is seeking a Senior Engineer to design, develop, and deploy large-scale AI applications powering customer self-service across voice, IVR, and chat channels. You will build multi-agent systems, collaborate with engineering, product, and data science teams, and ensure reliability and performance in a cloud environment.
The role requires hands-on AI/ML expertise, distributed systems experience, and strong coding skills in Python/Java/C++.
