Job description
Ro is building a new team focused on shipping LLM-powered products across patient experience, clinical operations, and internal tooling. We are hiring a Senior Engineer, Applied AI to join a new team built from the ground up, owning AI features from prototype through production and working with a Senior AI Lead and an Engineering Manager.
You’ll design orchestration layers, prompts, retrieval systems, and tooling to make LLMs reliable for real-world healthcare operations, partnering with EHR
