Job description
We’re seeking a Senior AI Engineer to join a leading financial services organisation, driving innovation in AI-powered investment solutions.
This individual will lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI and ML solutions. If you’re passionate about building scalable, cloud-native AI systems, mentoring engineers, and driving enterprise AI innovation, this role is for you.
Role Responsibilities
Architect, develop, and optimize ML and GenAI models for NLP, computer vision, predictive analytics, and automation
Build end-to-end AI pipelines from data ingestion to production deployment, ensuring scalability and reliability
Deploy large-scale AI systems on Azure, AWS, or GCP using Docker, Kubernetes, and serverless technologies
Implement modern MLOps practices: CI/CD, model tracking, drift detection, and automated retraining
Collaborate with data engineering teams to manage large datasets and streamline data pipelines using Spark/Databricks, SQL, and modern frameworks
What You Bring
Deep hands-on experience with ML, deep learning, and LLM-based systems
Proven ability to design and deploy scalable AI solutions in cloud environments
Strong coding, problem-solving, and mentorship skills
Passion for applying AI to real-world business challenges
Full US Citizenship or Green Card required
