Work Model: Hybrid 2 3 Days/Week Onsite
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: Up to $130K $140K
Job Summary
Seeking a hands-on Senior AI Full-Stack Engineer to support migration from Microsoft Semantic Kernel to Microsoft Agent Framework . The ideal candidate will have strong Python/Django, Azure AI, RAG, and Agentic AI experience.
Key Responsibilities
Migrate Semantic Kernel plugins, planners, function calling, prompts, memory, and agents to Microsoft Agent Framework.
Develop AI orchestration solutions using Python/Django .
Build and maintain RAG solutions with Azure AI Search and Azure OpenAI .
Implement AI tools and connectors using MCP .
Maintain retrieval, reranking, prompts, citations, APIs, RBAC, and permissions.
Deploy containerized AI services using Docker/OpenShift .
Implement AI observability and evaluation using Arize Phoenix/OpenTelemetry .
Support GitHub CI/CD and DevSecOps practices.
Required Qualifications
Strong Microsoft Semantic Kernel experience.
Hands-on Microsoft Agent Framework experience.
Strong Python and Django development.
Azure AI Search, Azure OpenAI, RAG, and Embeddings .
Agentic AI, function/tool calling, and AI orchestration.
MCP (Model Context Protocol) experience.
Docker/OpenShift or similar container platforms.
GitHub, CI/CD, and DevSecOps.
