Job description

SCAN is seeking a Staff Technical Engineer to build and govern AI/ML infrastructure that is safe, compliant, and auditable. You will bridge AI engineering with legal compliance and ethical safety across the enterprise lifecycle.

This role requires 8+ years in software, with 3+ years in production ML or AI safety. You will mentor engineers, shape the AI safety roadmap, and ensure adherence to HIPAA, HL7, and FHIR standards.
