Senior AI & Healthcare Systems Integration ConsultantWe are seeking a highly experienced AI & Enterprise Systems Integration Consultant to lead the design and implementation of AI-powered solutions integrated with healthcare and enterprise platforms. The consultant will help architect and deploy AI Agents that interact seamlessly with EMR/EHR systems, healthcare applications, CRM platforms, HR systems, and other enterprise technologies. This role requires a blend of expertise in healthcare technology, enterprise integrations, APIs, workflow automation, and Generative AI technologies.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement integrations between AI Agents and healthcare platforms, including Healthie EMR/EHR.Build intelligent workflows leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents, and automation frameworks.Integrate AI solutions with enterprise platforms such as HubSpot, Workday, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, and other SaaS applications.Develop secure API integrations using REST, GraphQL, Webhooks, OAuth, and modern authentication protocols.Create AI-powered solutions for patient engagement, appointment scheduling, care coordination, clinical documentation, customer support, and business process automation.Architect data exchange workflows between healthcare systems and enterprise applications.Ensure compliance with HIPAA, PHI security requirements, and healthcare data governance standards.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.Produce architecture documentation, implementation plans, and best-practice recommendations.Required Qualifications7+ years of experience in enterprise application integration, solution architecture, or healthcare technology consulting.Proven experience integrating EMR/EHR platforms, healthcare applications, or patient management systems.Hands-on experience with Healthie or similar healthcare technology platforms.Strong expertise in API development and integrations (REST, GraphQL, Webhooks).Experience implementing AI Agent, LLM, or Generative AI solutions.Proficiency with Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar programming languages.Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.Strong understanding of enterprise system integrations and workflow automation.Preferred QualificationsPrior experience integrating Healthie EMR/EHR with third-party systems.Experience with HubSpot, Workday, Salesforce, ServiceNow, or other enterprise platforms.Knowledge of HIPAA, healthcare interoperability, FHIR, and HL7 standards.Experience with AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, or similar technologies.Familiarity with automation platforms including Workato, MuleSoft, Boomi, Zapier, Make, or n8n.Experience designing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions and AI knowledge systems.Desired OutcomesAI-enabled workflows integrated with Healthie and enterprise platforms.Secure and scalable architecture for AI Agent interactions.Automation of healthcare and business processes.Technical documentation and implementation roadmap.Recommendations for long-term AI and integration strategy.
