Job description
Crux AI in Palo Alto, CA is seeking founding Senior Site Reliability and Software Engineering Managers to build and lead our initial fleet reliability teams. You will own software, control plane, telemetry, and automated remediation to keep multi-gigawatt TPU clusters provisioned and running AI workloads.
This hands-on role is core to shaping reliability from day one; expect to write remediation controllers, set baselines, recruit world-class engineers, and embed AI/ML automation to drive pages
