Job description

GEICO is seeking a Senior Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of large‑scale distributed AI applications across voice, IVR, and chat channels. You will build multi‑agent systems to improve automation and customer outcomes, collaborating with product, data science, and engineering teams.

You will ensure reliability, scalability, and performance while keeping pace with AI research and modern cloud practices.
