Job description
Optum seeks a Lead AI/ML Engineer with a Java/Spring background to design, develop, and deploy scalable healthcare solutions from a remote location in the United States. You will work on microservices, HL7 FHIR standards, and AI-enabled automation across prior authorization, claims, and eligibility domains.
You will lead backend architecture, ensure secure API design, and drive CI/CD, containerization, and cloud deployment using Docker, Kubernetes, AWS or Azure.
