Job description
Inari Agriculture, Inc. is seeking an AI/ML leader to set the direction and technical standards for the AI Team. You will define production ML roadmaps, balance delivery with exploratory modeling, and ensure ML systems meet scientific and business needs.
You will mentor engineers, collaborate with biologists and data scientists, and own end-to-end modeling roadmaps, foundation models, and agentic workflows while communicating clearly with leadership and partners.
