Senior AI/ML Scientist - Drug Discovery & R&D Operations

Job description

Elanco, a global animal health leader, seeks a Senior AI/ML Scientist to accelerate its drug discovery portfolio in Indianapolis. You will build ML and CV models using molecular, in vitro, ADMET and imaging data to support target identification and endpoint prediction for animal health.

You will lead cross-functional teams, design robust experiments, and operationalize models within Databricks while promoting reproducibility, documentation, and governance across R&D projects.
