Job description
Charles Schwab is seeking a Senior Manager of Retail Supervision & Risk Management to lead 1LOD oversight of model-driven activity. This role supervises model outputs, applies regulator‑defensible judgment, and determines risk ratings in line with firm standards and regulatory expectations.
You will partner with AI Model Supervision, Compliance, Risk, and Product to calibrate controls and drive continuous improvement.
