Job description
Johnson Controls is seeking a Manager of AI & ML Platform Engineering to lead our enterprise AI platform team. You will define the roadmap, set standards, and drive adoption of scalable AI capabilities across business units and data science teams.
You will mentor ML Platform Engineers, oversee training pipelines, governance, and security, and partner with Enterprise Architecture to ensure governance and Responsible AI practices. This role reports to the AI Platform Engineering leadership.
