Job description
AIOS is building the world’s first full-stack AI doctor. AIOS is seeking an AI Engineering Lead to architect and scale the AIOS Agent SDK and the core experimentation platform. You’ll own agent architecture, model strategy, evals, safety, and reliability, while growing the Applied AI team.
This is a fully remote, senior role reporting to the VP of Engineering. You’ll collaborate with product and clinical leads and build production-grade foundations for the AI healthcare stack.
