Job description
Tribe is seeking a Security and AI Governance Lead to own the company’s security, compliance program, and AI governance. You will lead enterprise security reviews, manage SOC 2 program, and drive governance across coding agents, model providers, and data flows in a demanding AI-native services environment.
You will report to the CTO and build controls, oversee audits, and guide client-facing security engagements while shaping a scalable security posture as Tribe partners with leading AI
