Job description
Salesforce is seeking a Sr. Solution Architect to champion the PACE organization, acting as a trusted advisor and platform expert for Agentforce Contact Center with large, complex enterprise customers.
You will lead one or more workstreams, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver ROI, co-create the vision, and ensure execution with the customer, while navigating risks and maintaining program direction across multiple streams.
