Job description
Genesys seeks a Solutions Consultant to translate customer needs into compelling business solutions. You will run workshops, design customized demos, and guide customers through implementation of Genesys AI-powered experiences.
You will collaborate across cross-functional teams, present to executives, and stay current with product best practices while traveling up to 50% to engage clients.
