Capital One is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to pioneer AI tooling in Card analytics, shaping how we adopt Gemini, Claude, and our AI Platform. You will partner with analysts to extend predictive tools, identify new use cases, and ensure enterprise adoption across IT, Sales, Operations, and Finance.
You will gather user context, engineer workflows, and drive the roadmap for next-gen credit tools, blending product vision with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
