Job description
WSP USA is seeking a Senior Air Quality Project Manager to lead air permitting and compliance initiatives across Texas offices, including Houston, Dallas/Fort Worth, and Austin. You will manage multi‑faceted projects and mentor junior staff within the Earth & Environment Team.
You will interface with state agencies and the EPA, prepare proposals, and coordinate with clients to develop regulatory strategies while traveling up to 20% as needed.
