Job description
MarinHealth is seeking a Senior Practice Leader to provide operational leadership across our multi-site ambulatory network. You will partner with physicians and leadership to align clinical services with safety, quality and financial goals.
Lead workflow standardization, manage budgets, and drive improvements in patient experience and access while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. Strong communication and change-management skills are essential.
