A leading real estate-focused investment platform is seeking a Senior Analyst to join its Capital Markets team in Stamford, Connecticut. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional to build on their transaction experience and gain further exposure to real estate investment and capital markets activities.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of relevant experience, preferably in real estate investment sales or equity, with exposure to real estate debt also considered a plus.
Key Responsibilities
Support real estate capital markets activities and investment transactions.
Assist with financial analysis, underwriting, and evaluation of real estate investment opportunities.
Contribute to transaction execution and support the preparation of investment materials and presentations.
Analyze real estate investment and financing structures to support capital markets decisions.
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders throughout the transaction process.
Conduct market research and financial analysis to support investment decisions.
Candidate Requirements
1–2 years of relevant professional experience.
Background in real estate investment sales or real estate equity is preferred.
Experience in real estate debt or financing is a plus.
Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
