Job description
Base Pay Range
$110,000 /yr – $150,000 /yr
Responsibilities
The Family Office Advisory Senior Analyst plays a central role in delivering high-touch, comprehensive service to high-net-worth clients by supporting their lifestyle, wealth, investment, legal, insurance, and tax needs while coordinating seamlessly with third-party professionals and internal teams. Working with minimal supervision, the analyst manages daily client operations—from onboarding and cash management to document preparation and execution of tax, legal, and estate planning strategies—while ensuring exceptional accuracy, communication, and responsiveness. The role requires close collaboration across investment, operations, treasury, and HR teams; meticulous documentation and CRM upkeep; and mentorship of junior analysts.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree • At least three years of relevant experience • Strong communication and organizational skills • Passion for high-touch client service
