Job description
Our client, a leading provider of technology-enabled payroll, payment, tax, and benefits administration services, is seeking a Senior Analyst - FP&A / Strategic Finance to join its growing finance team. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a lean, highly visible organization where you'll help drive forecasting, financial modeling, strategic planning, and executive decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
Build and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making
Analyze business performance and provide actionable insights to leadership
Partner with cross-functional teams to drive financial planning and reporting initiatives
Prepare analyses and presentations for executive leadership
Assist with strategic projects, business cases, and growth initiatives
Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase operational efficiency
Support ad hoc reporting and financial analysis as needed
Qualifications
2+ years of FP&A or related strategic finance experience
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
Experience within PE-backed, high-growth, or entrepreneurial organizations preferred
Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field preferred
