nPosition Summary
nOwn core layout design and project execution for remodels, strategic initiatives, new formats, operational execution needs, assigned LCR requests, and customer experience goals.
nCore Responsibilities
nnnServe as the primary design owner for assigned remodels, initiatives, concepts, and special projects
n
nnDevelop preliminary and final store layouts that align with merchandising, operational, and field requirements
n
nnComplete assigned LCR requests while balancing core project priorities
n
nnAnalyze sales, space productivity, store performance, and related data to support design decisions and layout recommendations
n
nnPartner with cross-functional teams to align layouts with merchandising, operational, and field requirements
n
nnMaintain CAD standards, file accuracy, and required layout documentation
n
nnIdentify execution risks, clarify assumptions, and recommend process refinements when appropriate
n
n nRequired Qualifications
n2+ years of space planning experience
nPreferred Qualifications
nExperience with Microsoft word and AutoCad systems
nEducation
nBachelor's or equivalent work experience

nPay Range
nThe typical pay range for this role is:
n$46,988.00 - $112,200.00
nThis pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
