The firm has been investing and managing real estate assets in the US since 1995 and as of Q4 2025 holds $2.0 billion of AUM through three value-add US real estate funds, multiple separate account direct investments, and real estate backed credit investments. Gaw Capital USA is an affiliate of Gaw Capital Partners, an Asia-based private equity real estate company with $35 billion of AUM.As a member of the Investments Team, you will play a crucial role in driving the firm's investment strategy and decision-making process. You will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and executing real estate investment opportunities across sectors including office and hospitality.Key Responsibilities:- Analyze, research, and underwrite new acquisition opportunities, leveraging market knowledge and industry network.- Manage the due diligence process, ensuring thorough gathering and analysis of relevant property, market, and financial data.- Assist with asset management duties including business plan execution, value-enhancement identification, budget reviews, and property performance analyses.- Develop financial models including cash flow projections, sensitivity analyses, valuation assessments, hold/sell scenarios, and lease analysis.- Prepare investment memoranda, market studies, and detailed business plans for the investment committee and external stakeholders.- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with joint venture partners, lenders, brokers, and third-party consultants.Requirements: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; high proficiency in Excel required; experience with Argus Enterprise a plus.
