Job description
Guggenheim Securities, part of Guggenheim Partners, seeks a dynamic investment banking professional to join the Private Capital Solutions team in New York. You will participate in originating, structuring, and distributing privately negotiated financing solutions for global clients, including growth and acquisition financing, and continue to build client-facing materials and analyses.
The role requires strong corporate finance knowledge, solid Excel modeling, and advanced PowerPoint skills.
