Methodist Dallas Medical Center seeks an Anatomic Pathology Manager to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for a brand-new, high-volume pathology laboratory. You will direct histology, cytology, and grossing, fostering a culture of clinical excellence and safety.
The ideal candidate balances technical and regulatory expertise with servant-leadership, mentors staff, champions process improvements, and builds strong relationships with pathologists and hospital leadership.
