Job description
Schwab is seeking a Lead Software Engineer in Retirement Plan Services (RPS) Tech Engineering to drive modernization of API platforms and align technology with business goals. You will mentor engineers, contribute to governance, and ensure scalable, secure solutions in a fast-paced environment.
In this role, you will collaborate with architects and product teams to implement Domain-Driven Design and Clean Architecture, while leading migration from legacy systems to cloud-native platforms.
