Job description
La Jolla Group is seeking a Technical Design leader to manage deadlines, workflows, and workload across brands. You will create grade rules, size charts, and oversee fit standards from development through pre-production.
You will coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve fit and construction issues, mentor the design staff, and help implement new technologies to improve efficiency and workflow.
