Job description

HeartFlow, Inc. is seeking a Senior Application Security Engineer in San Francisco on a hybrid basis.

You will partner with engineering to embed security in the SDLC, lead secure code reviews, and drive vulnerability management using SAST/DAST/SCA alongside in-house AI tooling; you will mentor developers on remediation and threat modeling to protect patient outcomes.
