Job description
Rippling’s Go-to-Market Analytics team is hiring a senior applied AI builder to evolve internal AI workflows and automate high‑leverage GTM processes. You will own end‑to‑end development, from Python/FastAPI backends to Next.js frontends, and design retrieval‑augmented workflows with strong observability.
Bring 3–6 years in data science / ML, hands‑on ML work, and production LLM experience. On‑site collaboration in SF is expected. Competitive salary, equity, and benefits included.
