The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in appropriately engaging valuation assignments, identifying the scope of work and determining the appropriate approaches and methodology for valuing property. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’sdegree required

Certified General Appraiser license

5+ years of experience appraising commercial real estate

Mastery of MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, Outlook/Teams, PowerPoint)

Proficiency with Argus Enterprise or Rockport VAL
