Job description
Citi in Tampa, FL seeks a seasoned Apps Support Sr Analyst to lead operational tasks, troubleshoot complex issues, and coordinate with Level 3 and Development teams. You will help maintain production environments, document disaster recovery plans, and train new staff in best practices.
Ideal candidates have 4+ years in applications support, strong SQL/ETL skills, and experience with AB Initio and Snowflake. A finance domain background is a plus and a flexible schedule is expected.
