Manage project timelines and deliverables for design phases, ensuring effective coordination within a remote team structure.

Requirements

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field with a strong focus on sustainable design.

A minimum of 7 years of professional experience in architectural design, with a substantial portfolio showcasing sustainable projects.

Proven expertise in sustainable design principles, green building certifications (e.g., LEED AP, Green Star SA Accredited Professional).

Proficiency in architectural design software such as Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and rendering tools.

Experience with energy modeling software (e.g., IES VE, eQUEST) and life cycle assessment (LCA) tools.

Strong understanding of building physics, climate analysis, and passive design strategies.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, particularly in a remote work environment.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines effectively.

A passion for environmental responsibility and innovation in architecture.

Benefits
