Job description
Goodwyn Mills Cawood (GMC) seeks an Architectural Technical Writer to develop, coordinate, and manage project specifications for architectural projects in the Carolinas. The role focuses on reflecting design decisions in specifications and ensuring compliance with codes, regulations, and standards.
The candidate will collaborate with architects, engineers, and consultants, maintain documentation across schematic design to construction documents, and support bidding and submittal processes.
