Sotheby’s is seeking a business-minded attorney to join its U.S. legal team. The attorney will provide transactional and legal support focusing on loans backed by fine art and collectible assets.
Responsibilities include drafting agreements, conducting due diligence, and providing legal advice on finance transactions. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in banking/finance, a JD, and be admitted to the New York State bar. The position offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
