Job description
Positron AI, a leader in AI inference hardware, seeks a Senior ASIC Design Engineer to own microarchitecture and RTL for high‑performance SoCs. You will lead cross‑functional teams across architecture, verification, and PD to meet aggressive PPA and schedule goals.
In addition to hands‑on SystemVerilog design, you will mentor juniors, influence methodologies, and drive architectural tradeoffs that improve silicon efficiency.
