Job description
Annapurna Labs, an Amazon subsidiary, is seeking a Sr. Physical Design Engineer to drive physical design closures for custom SoCs used in AWS data centers. You will partner with RTL/Arch teams and other PD engineers to optimize power, area, and timing across complex flows.
Qualifications include 6+ years in ASIC PD, RTL-to-GDSII, and strong EDA tooling expertise. This role requires a Bachelor's in EE/CS and is based in Austin, TX.
