Job description
Niobium is seeking an experienced ASIC Physical Design leader in Columbus, OH to drive end-to-end SoC implementation from RTL handoff to tapeout. You will own floorplanning, PnR, CTS, timing closure, and sign-off while coordinating with Architecture, RTL, Verification, DFT, and Power teams.
The role requires 8+ years in ASIC PD on advanced nodes, deep tool proficiency (Cadence/Synopsys), and a track record of multiple tapeouts. Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration are essential.
